Setting the Stage for Easter - Passover Seder March 30
Easter time is one of the greatest family times of the year! it is also one of the most important times in the church. We invite you to join us in celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ!
To kick it off, we celebrate Passover with our annual Messianic Passover Seder. If you have never attended one of these, you are missing a major building block of the Christian faith. Passover was to be observed throughout generations forever. The reason is that it recounts the greatest deliverance story known to man, and that is the Jewish deliverance from Egyptian bondage. This is the backdrop for the Crucifixion, Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Join us as we recount the Exodus story Jewish style with a full meal complete with Matzoh ball soup, Shmura matzah baked in Israel, the 4 questions, finding the afikomen, then ending the night dancing to Hava Nagila! This event, costing only $5/person, with children encouraged & welcomed, will probably sell out! Reserve your seat today by calling Carmen Wallace at 419-625-6110. Baruch HaShem!
New Life Church Messianic Passover Seder Meal
March 30th, 6pm-9pm
Our Easter Services - April 1
Join us for either of our two services at 9am or 11am
The 9am service will have everything found in the 11am service except the Children's Program which will only be at the 11 am service. Our Youth will be performing a "Human Video" in both services and the message, "The Perfect Storm" will be delivered in both services. Music specific to the message of Easter and the sermon will be uplifting and encouraging.
The theme, "The Perfect Storm" points to the events that led to the necessity of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ........then HOPE broke through!
The 5 weeks after Easter leading up to Mother's Day will be dealing with the Storms of life that we all face and how we can overcome them emerging victorious and stronger. We're ALL human and face the same storms from time to time. We will learn how to face these storms from God's Word, the Bible.
Mother's Day - May 13
Mother's Day is always a day that Mom's want their family to be with them in church. So, bring your "tribe" and NLC will be delighted to give you the opportunity to have a family picture taken!
