New Life Church FAQ's Q. Who are we? A. New Life Church is a Non-Denominational Spirit Filled church. Q. Where is NLC? A. Sandusky, Ohio on the shores of Lake Erie which is about half way between Cleveland and Toledo. Q. What is NLC's worship style? A. NLC's worship style is contemporary. We regularly sing songs by Integrity, Hosanna, Vineyard and today's Christian music artists. We are comfortable with music styles ranging from hand clapping, toe tapping urban black gospel to quiet, contemplative worship music and everything in between. The main reason we have a variety of styles is that we are fortunate to have more than one talented worship leader. Under the able direction of Pastor Jeff Torrence Sr., these worship leaders lead with the style they are comfortable with. The result is that the entire congregation thouroughly enjoys the different styles of music. Q. Will I feel welcome as a first time visitor? A. It is rare indeed that a first time visitor attends NLC without receiving a warm welcome handshake and a hug! One of the most common comments we hear from visitors is that NLC is the friendliest church they have ever attended!. Q. How large is NLC? A. As of 2008 NLC, is a 250 member church poised for growth far beyond its seating capacity.
